• Winter rates: $200 per night; $1,275 per week, plus 1% state rental tax
• Summer rates: $250 per night; $1,575 per week, plus 1% state rental tax
• 1 dog considered; there is a one-time fee of $25 and additional dog rules
• All linens and bedding included
• Cleaning fee is $75
• No smoking or shoes in the house
