• Winter rates: $225 per night; $1,425 per week, plus 8% county & state rental tax
• Summer rates: $275 per night; $1,775 per week, plus 8% county & state rental tax
• 1 dog considered; there is a one-time fee of $25 and additional dog rules
• All linens and bedding included
• Cleaning fee is $125
• No smoking or shoes in the house
